The right of withdrawal does not apply to all categories of products. By way of example, it does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, where such goods have been unsealed after delivery.
