Flora is one of the first to arrive every morning to say “good morning” at the shelter. She is a very sweet, calm, and affectionate girl who loves human company, cuddles, and, of course, relaxing in the sun.

Her best friend is Chronis, the shelter’s cat, with whom she sleeps cuddled up in the winter and side by side in the summer. She gets along very well with cats, children, and other dogs, provided there is a proper introduction first.

Flora is one of those adult dogs who can adapt beautifully to a family, without the stress and demands of a puppy. She’s looking for a home where she’ll have companionship, safety, affection, and a nice spot in the sun.
